An inspiring evening at Mills & Reeves LLP Birmingham where they hosted and sponsored the Birmingham Black Lawyers Black History Month event on 17/10/2019. The law students received gem-like nuggets of information from the speakers Dawn Brathwaite (Partner – Mills Reeves LLP), Nathan Miebai (District Crown Prosecutor – CPS) and Karen Bailey (Principal – Bailey Wright & Co). Everyone was thoroughly entertained by the comedian and host for the evening, Annette Fagon.

After the formality of the speakers, the law students networked with them and other qualified and trainee solicitors and barristers, who also attended, over a plate of Caribbean food.
